Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the hairpiece in its original packaging, ensuring the lace is uncut and the hair has not been brushed, washed, or styled.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
